Based out of Dickinson, North Dakota, Chloe is one of the area’s leading female tattoo artists. Originally from Glen Ullin, ND, Chloe experienced a few formative years in Louisiana. Then as an adult, she explored the East Coast before eventually making her way back home to Western ND. 

As a certified professional tattoo artist, Chloe translates your ideas into reality. She’s known for her clean linework and calming presence, ensuring her clients feel confident every step along the way, from the initial consultation to clear aftercare instructions.
